And my iPod mini went kaput a few years ago, so that I still have the packaging says something about how much of a pack rat I am. But I certainly empathize with losing something you'd had for a long time -- it's not even that I need to use it, it's just for my peace of mind, and that I like knowing it's there if I need it.
